Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your NagaBazaarTM account, navigate to your order history, and select the 'Return Item' button to generate your unique return authorization number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original product packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and including a copy of your packing slip or order confirmation.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your return portal to the outside of your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement item within 5-7 business days.
